Dark Arc Welding Inc. was founded in 2008. We are locally owned and operated by Dustin and Ashley Kucher.

Dustin leads Dark Arc's management team and is responsible for operations. Dustin holds a 4^th Class Power Engineer diploma, and is a CWB Certified B Pressure Welder. With over 13 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, Dustin has been involved in all aspects from Gas Processing, Facility Operations, Construction, Maintenance, Decommissioning, and Turnarounds.

Ashley leads Dark Arc's overall administration team and is responsible for financial activities, indigenous engagement, human resources, and safety compliance. With a Business Administration diploma, Ashley has extensive experience in administration, formerly working as an Executive Assistant at NENAS, and Public Health Nursing Administrative Support at Northern Health. Prior to switching gears and working solely for Dark Arc, Ashley also developed entrepreneurial experience as a hairstylist operating her own salon.

Dark Arc specializes in Maintenance, Construction, Turnarounds, and Decommissioning. We own and operate a modern fleet of equipment from picker trucks to skid steers to support your facility and pipeline projects. Our proactive service and proven technical experience allow us to reduce risk, generate cost savings, and less down time for our clients.
