Dark Arc is a majority First Nations owned company, and we know the value of community. As such, we are fully committed to developing and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with all indigenous communities.

Dark Arc has First Nation employees and encourages new hires.

We have an On-the-Job (OTJ) training program that allows new workers to be mentored and gain experience in a safe and controlled environment.

We give back to indigenous communities by sponsoring events, building infrastructure, and encouraging economic participation.
